About Our Theme: Time Capsule
Andy Warhol was an artist, collector, and frequently created time capsules - many are referenced throughout the museum. Our theme is a tribute to the parallel between his work and also the TEDx platform, as we collect, commemorate and revisit ideas across time and space with the help of today’s speakers.
About the Time Capsule
And we couldn’t call our event time capsule without actually having a real time capsule. So we built one with the help of John Friedman Creative. And our dear friend, and former speaker, Baron Batch has turned it into art. We invite you all to share an idea, or two for this time capsule.
Our gratitude goes to all speakers, performers, and our partners. With extra special thanks to Baron Batch, Chris Norman, and the team at The Residency , Dan Law, Patrick Moore and The Andy Warhol team. Our all volunteer team, speakers, and performers who believe in the positive power of ideas to bring this event to life.
